Here's our good friends from Sioux City again. They are naturally gorgeous to begin with and I think (might I be prejudiced?) that our beautiful ShimmyStuff enhances their beauty.

Sheba from Sioux City, Iowa reclines majestically, surrounded by beautiful dancers. She speaks to us of the grace, the power and the strength of womankind. She is wearing our sandals #804, and possibly other ShimmyStuff as well.

Meet the wonderful teacher of the beautiful ladies above. She and her classes have been featured in a local Sioux City newspaper.

An ancient dance created by women for women is making the rounds in Siouxland, thanks to a master of yoga education. Meet Connie Reynolds, who operates Yoga, Etc., on Court Street in Sioux City. Her newest offering: Classes in belly dance.

"The movements in belly dance are rounded and beautiful, made for a woman's body," Reynolds said. "Rounded hips make for even better movement. The costumes also make women feel beautiful, colorful and cheerful. There's beading and shiny materials to work with. And when you put costuming on like this you can't help but to feel good about yourself."
